The Canyada de Codonyers industrial estate located in the southeast of the town, and with an approximate age of 11 years, was promoted by the company IMPROMIS C.B. whose condition of urbanizer was approved by the Council of Picassent in session held on 31-10-2000.

The surface area of the reparcelable area is 498,297 m2 of which 311,257 m2 correspond to the industrial qualification and the rest to the zones of road endowment, equipment and green zones.
